6) Form interior partition walls, doorways and ceilings

 

 

 

 

 

7) Fit insulation and plaster boards ready for plastering

 

 

 

 

 

8) Install new access staircase between new installation & first floor

 

 

 

 

 

9) Plaster boarding

 

 

 

 

 

10) Finish with two skims of plaster

 

 

 

 

 

11) Install window and tile dormer

 

 

 

 

 

12) Install laminate flooring

 

 

 

 

 

13) Second fix carpentry - including doors, skirtings, handrails & spindles

 

 

 

 

 

14) Fit bathroom suite, install radiator & second fix electrics
